Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your access to and use of the client overviews, download guides, and configuration tutorials on v2ray007.com. Read this page before using the content, and assess its applicability in light of local laws and your network environment. These terms do not replace any software license or limit rights granted to users by law.
1. Website Purpose and Content
This site is an informational and educational resource about V2Ray GUI clients. It covers v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, and related core concepts, with instructions for installation, subscription imports, and routing rules. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by these open-source projects, and discussing the software does not make the site its developer or operator.
Tutorials reflect the interfaces and features available when they were written. Software updates, operating system differences, and network conditions may change menu labels or steps. Examples explain configuration concepts; they do not guarantee results on any particular device or service and are not legal or professional information security advice.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules set by your employer, school, or network operator. Do not use this site or related software for unlawful activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, privacy violations, distributing illegal content, or disrupting network services.
You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to manage your device and use your subscription and remote services. The ability to import a configuration does not mean that the configuration or service is lawful, trustworthy, or suitable for you. When using third-party accounts, paid services, or organizational networks, follow the applicable terms of service and do not bypass access restrictions.
Subscription URLs, share links, and configuration backups may contain access credentials. Keep them secure and do not expose them in public screenshots, logs, or feedback. If credentials are exposed, contact the relevant service provider to revoke or replace them.
3. Third-Party Software and Liability
The relevant open-source projects provide and control their software, including its features, release schedules, compatibility, and license terms. This site organizes download links and information but does not provide nodes, subscriptions, or remote network services, or take part in transactions between users and third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee that its content will remain complete, that download links will always be available, or that software will work in any particular environment. The site is not liable for connection interruptions, data loss, or other damages caused by software defects, configuration errors, system conflicts, or third-party service failures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Back up important data and existing configurations before installing or updating software or changing network settings. To restore network access, you can first undo system proxy and TUN settings, then follow your operating system’s guidance to troubleshoot. These tutorials do not replace appropriate backups or device management safeguards.
4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, logos, software code, and related materials for v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, V2Fly, Xray, and other projects belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software are governed by the applicable licenses for each project and its dependencies. Information on this site does not change any license terms.
Text, page code, and original editorial work created for this site are protected by law. When quoting this material, credit the source and preserve the necessary context. Do not distort it in a way that misleads readers about project ownership or authorization. Project names are used solely for identification and informational purposes; this does not imply endorsement by the project owners.
5. Terms Updates and Feedback
These terms may be revised to reflect content changes, service updates, or legal requirements. Revised terms will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. For significant changes, the page will explain how they apply. Updates will not retroactively diminish rights users have under applicable law.
Review the current terms before use. For operational questions, start with the Quick Start Guide. For advanced configuration and troubleshooting, see the Complete Manual. If you submit a question through a feedback channel provided on this site, include only the relevant issue details and redacted information. Do not send subscription credentials or sensitive personal information.
